Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Tremble is a dating app for adults, operated by AMS Solutions, razvoj in inovacije d.o.o., Frenkova ulica 23, 6280 Ankaran, Slovenia. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any sexualisation of minors.

Adults only

Tremble is only for people aged 18 and over. Every account must provide a date of birth when it is created, and our servers reject any account whose date of birth shows an age under 18. Users must also confirm that they are at least 18 before they can use the app. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

What is prohibited

It is prohibited to use Tremble to:

  • share, request or link to any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor;
  • contact, groom or solicit a minor, or attempt to arrange to meet a minor;
  • threaten, coerce or blackmail anyone using sexual images (sextortion);
  • present yourself as a minor, or create an account on behalf of a minor.

Violating these rules leads to immediate removal of the content and permanent removal of the account.

How to report a concern inside the app

You can report a concern without leaving Tremble:

  • Report a user from their profile, choosing the reason that fits, including inappropriate nudity or sexual content.
  • Report a photo you received. One of the reasons is "A minor appears in the photo." When you report a photo, it is kept for a limited time as evidence instead of being deleted.

You can also email us at info@amssolutions.biz.

What we do when we receive a report

  • We review reports and act on them. Content that sexualises or exploits a minor is removed as soon as we become aware of it, and the account responsible is permanently banned.
  • Photos uploaded to profiles are automatically screened when they are uploaded.
  • When we obtain actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material on Tremble, we remove it, preserve the evidence as the law requires, and report it to the competent law enforcement authorities — in Slovenia, the Police (Policija) — and, where appropriate, to the national hotline Spletno oko (spletno-oko.si), a member of the INHOPE network.

Compliance with the law

Tremble complies with applicable child safety laws in the countries where it operates, including the law of the Republic of Slovenia and of the European Union, and cooperates with law enforcement in child safety investigations.
