Data Breach Notification Procedure

1. Incident Reporting Framework

In accordance with Article 33 of GDPR, AMS Solutions d.o.o. notifies the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS) without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of a personal data breach, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to rights and freedoms, affected users will be notified without undue delay pursuant to Article 34 of GDPR.

2. Incident Record Details

  • Nature of Breach: Category of incident, timestamp of detection, estimated duration.
  • Affected Categories: Data types affected (e.g. email, tokens, photos) and estimated user count.
  • Likely Consequences: Risk assessment for data subjects.
  • Mitigation Measures: Immediate containment actions and structural remedies taken.
